The staff there were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, and allowed us to take all the time we required to look their used vehicles over from bumper to bumper. What we found (and eventually bought) was a well-maintained, very clean and mechanically-sound car with excellent value-for-money. Indeed, the bonus oil changes, as well as the warranty coverage provided, made our purchase decision an easy one to make. All in all, we found our experience with Lanpro to be highly positive and were very impressed with both the quality of the service provided as well as the transparency of the overall buying process. The fact that both the Carfax and repair reports of their vehicles are readily available on their website goes a long way towards establishing trust, which is one of the main reasons why we subsequently chose this firm to find a used car.
