Thanks for taking great care with our vehicles over the years. We have never had bad service from you and when you suggest something needs to be fixed or replaced you always let us know a time line estimate or if it should be done very soon, which we appreciate. Your location is great for us as we live in the St. James area so it is convenient for us. You are very patient when you call to explain what is wrong with the vehicle, as you are talking to a novice on cars, so it all makes sense, and if there is something that I still don’t understand you try to explain it and not get impatient with me.
